Handmade Japanese Noren
Throughout Japan, the traditional noren—split curtain—is hung in shops and restaurant doorways to block dust and sunlight. It is also used as a doorway and decoration inside homes. Designed in Japan, this elegant noren is 100% cotton with hand-stitched designs (sashiko). The tie-dyed (shibori) pattern is created by hand with natural dyes. A top pocket holds a bamboo rod for hanging. 33" x 59". Hand wash.
